I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
Ab Ordinance to repeal the Worth Borneo Extradition Ordinance,
1896.
and
anl of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance was introduced in pursuance of the instruc-
tions contained in the Secretary of State's despatch of the 12th
February, 1917.

His liajesty and on
the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His behalf,
